For Office of CLERK:

The clerk shall keep a suitable record of all the actions of the Church, except as otherwise provided. They shall keep a register of the names of the members, with dates of admission; dismission, or death, together with a record of baptisms. They shall issue letters of dismission voted by the Church and shall preserve on file all essential communications and written official reports. The church shall annually elect a Church Clerk. Subject to the discretion of the Church, the Clerk shall be eligible to succeed themselves.

For Office of TREASURER:

It shall be the treasurers duty to receive, preserve, and pay out all money or things of value paid or given to the Church, keeping at all times an itemized account of all receipts and disbursement. Payments shall be made by an approved traceable method. A monthly, itemized report shall be available to the Church membership on a monthly basis. An annual report shall be made to the Church. All records and accounts kept by the Treasurer shall be considered the property of the Church. The Treasurer shall be bonded, with the Church paying the required fee. Annual reviews of the financial records shall be conducted and certification made to the Church. The Church shall elect annually a Church Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be eligible to succeed themselves. When a successor is elected, the Treasurer shall promptly deliver to the new Treasurer all records and accounts pertaining to their office, properly audited and certified.  

For Office of

FINANCIAL SECRETARY:

 

Currently:

Sandra Smith 

It shall be the Financial Secretary duty to receive all tithes’ and offerings. This should be done in the presence of an assistant financial secretary selected by the Elders. The Financial Secretary shall keep a record of individual members giving, to be given to the member at the end of the calendar year. The financial secretary shall report only a total amount to the Treasurer for a record of deposit with the Financial Secretary making the deposit themselves. All records and accounts kept by the Financial Secretary shall be considered the property of the Church. The Financial Secretary shall be bonded, with the Church paying the required fee. The Church shall elect annually a Financial Secretary. The Financial Secretary shall be eligible to succeed themselves. When a successor is elected, the Financial Secretary shall promptly deliver to the new Financial Secretary all records and accounts pertaining to their office, properly audited and certified.  

For Office of ASST. FINANCIAL SECRETARY: 

Currently:

Mary Sitton 

It shall be the Assistant Financial Secretary’s duty to assist the Financial Secretary in their duties, and act in their place when they are unable to perform their duties. The Assistant Financial Secretary shall be bonded, with the Church paying the required fee. The Church should annually elect an Assistant Financial Secretary. The Assistant Financial Secretary shall be eligible to succeed themselves.
